To delete your account and its data — including anything we received when you signed in with Google or Facebook — email privacy@lanceguru.com from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my account". We will confirm the request and delete or anonymise your data, keeping only records the law requires us to retain, such as payment records. If you signed in with Facebook, you can also remove LanceGuru under Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites.

8. Children's Privacy

The Platform is not directed to individuals under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate steps to remove it.
