Julia Buchwald has been named as CEO and president of Buchwald, the bicoastal talent agency her late father Don Buchwald led since its launch in 1977.
And longtime agency exec Ryan Martin has been appointed co-president of the privately owned agency with offices in New York and Los Angeles to represent established and emerging talent across the entertainment and media spaces.
Julia Buchwald, who until now has served as president, steps into her expanded leadership role after her father’s passing in 2024. She began her career at the agency as an assistant ahead of becoming an agent, vp and senior vp of talent and most recently president of Buchwald.
